Article 1 — Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern the sale of admission tickets to the 5th edition of OFFSCREEN Paris (the “Fair”), taking place from Tuesday, October 20 to Sunday, October 25, 2026, at the Chapelle Saint-Louis de la Salpêtrière (entrance via Parc Marie-Curie, 47 Boulevard de l’Hôpital, 75013 Paris).
Any ticket booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the purchaser.
Article 2 — Organizer
OFFSCREEN Paris is organized by OFFSCREEN SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (Société par actions simplifiée), with share capital of €2,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 952 211 795, with registered office at 19 rue Benjamin Raspail, 92240 Malakoff, France (the “Organizer”).
Article 3 — Tickets and Pricing
3.1 Definition
OFFSCREEN Paris presents a curated selection of presentations related to image-based practices, installations, and still or moving images.
3.2 Opening hours to the public:
Tuesday, Oct. 20 to Staurday, Oct. 24: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, Oct. 25: 11:00 – 6:00 PM
3.3 Rates:
Full rate: €12
Reduced rate (students, upon proof of status): €8
Free student day: Wednesday, October 21
Free admission for children under 12 years old
3.4 All ticketing profits are dedicated to the restoration of the Chapelle Saint-Louis de la Salpêtrière.
Article 4 — Booking and Payment
4.1 Tickets are sold exclusively online via OFFSCREEN Paris’s official ticketing platform (ARTSVP), at: https://offscreen.artsvp.com/16c076.
4.2 Payment is made online by credit card at the time of booking. The booking is only confirmed once payment has been fully processed and the purchaser has received an order confirmation by email.
4.3 The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when booking (in particular, the email address), which is required for proper delivery of the ticket.
4.4 The ticket must be presented at the entrance of the Fair, in digital or printed format.
Article 5 — Access
5.1 The ticket grants access to the Fair on the date selected at the time of booking, at any time during the opening hours set out in Article 3.2.
5.2 Access may be refused to anyone who does not present a valid ticket, or whose behavior is likely to disrupt the proper running of the fair or endanger the safety of the artworks, the public, or staff.
5.3 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, access arrangements (security checks, capacity limits, cloakroom) for reasons of safety or conservation of the artworks.
Article 6 — Changes and Cancellation
6.1 In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the dates, hours, or arrangements of the Fair, or to cancel it in whole or in part.
6.2 In the event of total cancellation of the Fair by the Organizer, tickets already purchased will be refunded according to arrangements to be communicated to ticket holders.
6.3 Outside of this case, no exchange or refund may be claimed by the purchaser.
Article 7 — Refund Policy
7.1 Except as provided in Article 6.2, tickets are neither taken back, exchanged, nor refunded, including in the event of non-use by the purchaser, in accordance with standard practice for cultural event ticketing.
7.2 In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure services to be provided on a specific date.
Article 8 — Image Rights
By attending OFFSCREEN Paris, visitors are informed that photographs and video recordings may be taken by the Organizer or its service providers for communication and archival purposes. Any person who does not wish to appear in such material is invited to notify the Organizer’s on-site team.
Article 9 — Liability
9.1 The Organizer disclaims any liability in the event of theft, loss, or damage to visitors’ personal belongings during their time at the Fair.
9.2 The Organizer shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Fair or from the inability to access it.
Article 10 — Personal Data
Personal data collected during booking is processed by the Organizer in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law, solely for the purpose of managing ticketing and, subject to the purchaser’s consent, communicating about future editions of the Fair. In accordance with applicable regulations, purchasers have the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their data, which they may exercise by writing to com@offscreenparis.com.
Article 10 — Personal Data
Personal data collected during booking is processed by the Organizer in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law, solely for the purpose of managing ticketing and, subject to the purchaser’s consent, communicating about future editions of the Fair. This data is not disclosed, transferred, or sold to third parties.
In accordance with applicable regulations, purchasers have the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their data, which they may exercise by writing to com@offscreenparis.com.
The CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) is the French authority responsible for personal data protection and can be contacted for any questions regarding the exercise of these rights.
Article 11 — Complaints
Any complaint relating to a ticket order should be addressed to the Organizer at: com@offscreenparis.com.
Article 12 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation, or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.
